Now in its 36th year, WhatHouse? Awards is simply the biggest and most prestigious event for our nation's new homes builders. This year's event will again take place in the Great Room of the Grosvenor House Hotel in London's Park Lane where around 1,700 senior housebuilding figures will attend to learn the winners of 21 categories covering the spectrum of properties and companies in this vital industry.
William Hague, the former MP, Foreign Secretary and Leader of the Conservative Party - now known as Baron Hague of Richmond - hosted last year's event, entertaining the audience and overseeing sponsors and winners on stage.
