This workshop will be based around a fictional block and a copy of its specimen lease and RMC client Articles will be provided to all delegates for “pre-reading”.
The workshop will address the following from a legal perspective :
New business meeting – RMC takeover, RTM, RTA liaison
New development action points
New instruction lease – critical points for your building “manual”
Breach of lease in an “airbnb” subletting scenario
Alterations
Arrears recovery
Assignment of a lease
Preparing for your evening AGM

 

Audience
This course is suitable for experienced assistant or junior property managers who are now taking charge of their own portfolios/new Instructions.
