The New Year’s Resolutions That Every Property Manager Should Have Made

Date:

25th January 2018

Time:

12:30 – 18:30

Address:

The Workstation, 15 Paternoster Row, Sheffield, S1 2BX

DESCRIPTION

As Big Ben chimes in the New Year, millions of people (including property managers) will be making New Year’s resolutions. Resolutions can in many forms, but regardless of what resolution you commit to, the goal is to make improvements in the coming year.

It’s not always about shifting those few extra pounds gained over Christmas, or committing to an exercise regime at the gym. Resolutions often relate to our job and working practices.

And with that in mind, we are delighted to host our inaugural property management conference focusing on the New Year’s resolutions every property manager should have made.

Proposed New Year’s Resolutions

Each of our line up of expert speakers will present their proposed resolution that property managers should have made. Proposed resolutions will include:

  • I will review, understand and implement what my leases say

  • I will handle complaints well

  • I will plan sufficiently for major works

  • I will think digitally

  • I will prepare for the insurance mediation directive (and implement the necessary changes)

  • I will follow up after a networking event

  • I will know whether my staff are employed or not

  • Do a headstand
