This course is led by Mark Snelling MCIOB RFaPS Grad IOSH (Health & Safety Consultant with ARMA) and will cover:

  • A briefing on Hackitt Report recommendations that affect managing agents;
  • The latest news on the Government’s advice on flat front doors;
  • How to choose the right people to help you manage fire safety and undertake fire risk assessment;
  • The standards to be achieved and the guidance that will help you get there.

Although the report focuses on high rise buildings, many of the recommendations apply to other multi-occupancy residential buildings.  With a clear direction of travel being signalled by the Government, can you afford to wait until legislation arrives to review what you are doing?
