Description
A half-day, fully immersive, interactive workshop which will provoke conversation, align best practice and the necessity for disaster recovery planning. Delegates will receive pre-reading material in advance of the workshop to enable delegates to read up and be prepared to take part in role-playing activities on the day.

What the course covers:
• Understanding of what constitutes a disaster, and how to proactively ensure that your clients are considered
• Understand the activity required pre, during and post a disaster
• Identify and understand the challenges faced to enable you to create a robust Disaster Recovery Plan
• Confidence and capability to create and manage a disaster recovery framework template.
Audience
This course is ideal for property assistants moving onto portfolio management.
This course would also be suitable for those in lettings moving into residential leasehold management.
