This informal workshop will help guide you through the process, giving you the confidence to deal with this sometimes-complicated issue.

Julian Davies MRICS MFPWS is the founder and Director of Earl Kendrick Associates and a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and the Pyramus and Thisbee Club. His vast professional experience includes major projects on private properties, commercial premises and specialist surveying services for residential blocks of flats. Julian has been an active Party Wall Surveyor for a number of years.
