The Acquisitions Manager role presents an incredible opportunity for a persistent, confident problem-solver with excellent communication skills to have a critical role within an exciting real estate investment start-up, gaining immediate exposure to multi-million pound deals. Responsibilities will include:
 
  • Managing the progress of all agreed acquisitions to move them forward to completion as efficiently and quickly as possible, liaising and persistently following up with solicitors and agents.
  • Oversee, organise and manage acquisition documentation and solicitor communications.

With this being a very crucial role for us, we envision this position moving onto more of a senior position, allowing you to take on more of a management role, taking on target setting and being a part of lead generation.
 
We’re looking for someone with passion, someone that has a presence about them. Someone that has Service Charge and Ground Rent experience along with the ability to check/read leases.
 
Minimum Requirements:
                                                                                                                                       
  • Previous experience in a role that required persistent and consistent communication efforts with various parties to obtain required information or outstanding action items.
  • Exposure to the legal process and/or documentation requirements of residential real estate sales, such as within a real estate agency office.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a close attention to detail
  • Knowledge and/or previous experience of CRM systems and general sales processes.
  • Demonstrated interest in real estate investment and/or financial markets.
  • Track record of anticipating what needs to be done and taking pro-active initiative to research and implement improvements.
  • Eager to add value wherever they can as a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, demanding and high-pressure office environment.
 
Desirable Requirements:
 
  • Project Management experience and systematic business process knowledge.
  • Experience in acquisitions and managing transactions.
 
Salary Range & Benefits:
 
This position is paying a competitive basic plus commission - OTE £50,000 per annum. Get in touch to find out more.
