We operate nationally and offer our clients a comprehensive management service covering all aspects of Property Management. We’re now looking for the next member of our team, an Administrator / Office Assistant
You will be based in our Hemel Hempstead office. The team here is small, but the office is busy and we know how to have a good laugh. We’re a young, dynamic and fun team, we make sure we’re enjoying what we do whilst working hard to deliver the best possible service.
 
Your role as our new Administrator / Office Assistant will be to assist the Property Managers in the office with general administration but also take control of managing the office itself. Your duties will there include but will not be limited to:
  • General office administration - ordering stationery, filing, etc.
  • Responding to requests from lessees for minor works.
  • Liaising with lessees, contractors and other parties on behalf of the Property Managers.
  • The administration of minor works processes with record keeping, instructing contractors,    progress chasing, diary keeping, correspondence, processing invoices and filing.
  • Liaising with other colleagues and departments within the company.
  • Providing administrative support to the Property Managers.
  • Dealing with telephone calls, correspondence and any other support tasks as required.
  • Assisting with the posting of mail merges.
  • Any other tasks that may be reasonably required.
The ideal person for this position would be someone with strong administration skills. Someone that is organised, can work under pressure and prioritise their own workload. You must be confident in your ability and be able to work effectively and efficiently as an individual but also as part of a strong team. You will have at least 1 years’ experience in an administration position, ideally within the property sector however this is not essential.
