Assistant Block Manager - Kent

They now have an opportunity for an Assistant Block Manager to join their established team.

Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients, leaseholders, residents, service providers and trades people
Arranging and monitoring maintenance and repairs
Arranging and renewing service contracts
Progressing insurance claims
Approving invoices
Reviewing risk assessments
Reviewing site inspection reports
Providing administrative support to the Estate Managers

Desirables:

Previous experience working with the property sector
Ideally educated to A level/Degree standard
Numerate with IT skills across Microsoft office suites
Clear communicator across all platforms

Salary:

£22,000 - £27,000 depending on your experience
