As our ideal new Assistant Property Manager, you will be working closely alongside Company Directors in managing a portfolio of blocks of apartments. You’ll assist on all aspects of customer service, arranging necessary maintenance works, visiting sites to conduct inspections and all office based administration work, training in service charge budgeting, major works and leasehold legislation as your role progresses.
You’ll ideally come from as Assistant or Administration background in Block Management and will possess outstanding customer service, communication and IT skills, having previously worked in professional office environments. Most importantly, however, you will be enthusiastic, ready to learn and have the drive needed to succeed!
Minimum Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and IT skills
  • Some level of experience in Residential Block Management e.g.. Administration
  • A full UK drivers licence and your own is desirable, but not necessary 
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a salary of between £20K - £25K depending on experience plus extensive training.
