Assistant Property Manager - Middlesex

£24,000 - £26,000 - Block Management

We are a successful and expanding Residential Block Management Company with a key focus on providing high levels of service with a professional yet friendly approach. We’re based in Harrow and manage a portfolio of residential blocks throughout London and Middlesex.

We’re now looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

Day to day property admin
Work closely with the senior management team
Liaise regularly with contractors
Assist with Section 20 works
Update internal systems
Carry out property inspections
Prepare letters & Notices by post and email

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
