Joining a new Block Management business in Hertfordshire, you’ll work closely with the Owner and Director of the business, assisting with the management of the portfolio and offering support with the expansion of the business.
We’re looking to speak with organised, efficient, customer service driven people. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only develop a career within Block Management, but also join a new business at the start of its exciting journey where you’ll have a chance to implement new ideas and create systems and processes with the Director that work.
There’s flexibility in the role, with it being offered on either a full or part time basis.
Your role will be admin based, however as you’ll be assisting with the management of the property portfolio, you’ll also have duties such as managing maintenance works, organising contractors, liaising with leaseholders and clients and attending site inspections with the Director.
Person Specification:
  • Hands on and able to use own initiative
  • Highly organised and able to manage own workload and the workload of others
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate positively and effectively with a willingness to help others
  • Passion to deal with and resolve problems relating to property
  • Resilient, able to work under pressure
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar Assistant Property Manager role
  • Background in property / administration / a customer service focused role
Desirable Requirements:
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £20K - £25K depending on experience.
