Your role as their new Assistant Property Manager will be to support the Property Managers and Senior Property Managers with the management and coordination of their portfolios. This will include: liaising with residents, contractors, clients and colleagues via the phone and email, supporting with the management and coordination of maintenance and major works projects, takings minutes at meetings, assisting the Property Managers onsite inspections and generally providing them with day to day hands on and administrative based support.
Minimum Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to learn, undergo further training and take guidance
  • Experience in the property sector
Desirable Requirements
  • Block Management experience, in an Assistant or Administrator role
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH.
