We’re now on the lookout for the latest addition to our hardworking team in Central London. We’re looking for someone ambitious, driven and motivated – someone that wants to progress into a Property Manager role themselves.
 
Your role as one of our Assistant Property Managers will be to provide support to one of our busy Property Managers. This will therefore include day to day administration, liaising with both Clients and Residents over the phone and via email, liaising with contractors regarding repair works, managing and overseeing minor repair works, attending site inspections and attending and taking minutes at meetings. Your day to day role will be varied and will require you to be on the ball! Essentially, it is your job to organise the Property Manager and be a part of ensuring the smooth running of our portfolio and to keep both Residents and Clients happy.
 
This position comes with a very stable, solid career path. Working closely with our Property Managers will provide you with invaluable first-hand experience of portfolio management. It will be providing you with the experience and tools to move onto becoming a successful Property Manager yourself.
 
We’ll support you through training and industry related qualifications… The Property Manager job title is calling your name – it’s time to prove yourself!
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • Property related experience – ideally within Block Management
  • Excellent administration, organisation and customer service skills
  • Ambition, drive and a desire to succeed!
  • A willingness to learn

Desirable Requirements
 
  • Experience using Qube
  • Property related degree and/or qualifications such as IOSH / IRPM / RICS
 
Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying £24,000 for the successful candidate.
