Our staff are trained in all aspects of Property Management, both on current legislation and good practice. Our Property Managers have either obtained their IRPM qualification or are studying to do so.
In this industry, we believe if you get too big the service level gets lost. If you are too small, you will not be able to invest in the systems required to be successful and support your staff. With this in mind, we like to think of ourselves as a firm like Goldilocks – not too big and not too small. We ensure the number of properties we manage is in proportion with staff numbers so that our high standard of service and professionalism never gets lost and our staff are not overworked.

You will be reporting to our Regional Manager and your role will be to assist our Property Managers in managing a portfolio of properties and to undertake the co-ordination of minor works. Your role as an Assistant Property Manager will include liaising with lessees, contractors and surveyors, providing administrative support to the Property Manager, responding to requests from lessees for minor works and dealing with telephone calls, correspondence and any other support task as required.

Ideally, we’d like you to have some Block Management experience and a basic knowledge of minor works in domestic property. If not, coming from another area within the property sector with an understanding of the industry is fine with us if you’re willing to learn. You must be willing to undertake continuous training and professional development because we want you to be the best that you can be! You must also be a team player, have a professional telephone manner, the ability to work under sustained pressure, good customer service skills, excellent communication skills and good computer skills.
