With over 10 years of experience in managing residential developments, we consider ourselves Property Management specialists and have grown our portfolio and our team considerably. We are continuing to grow and as such, it’s an exciting time to join us. We’re looking for a dynamic, forward thinking Assistant Property Manager that wants to be a part of a family-like company that values its staff.

We’re an expanding team and like to consider ourselves a fun, friendly, social team - we attend team building events, social team events and industry events together. We also support a number of charities in our office which sees us baking cakes and wearing costumes! We work hard, but believe it is important to have a good time and enjoy your job whilst doing so.
 
We’re now looking for our next team member as an Assistant Property Manager. Your role as our Assistant Property Manager will be to assist Property Managers to enable them to manage their portfolios. This will include general administration as well as assisting the Property Manager with maintaining and managing their portfolio. By assisting the Property Manager you be gaining invaluable knowledge and training, with hands on experience, allowing you to go on to further your career down the line.
 
The ideal Assistant Property Manager would be someone who is a dynamic, ambitious, hardworking applicant that is full of energy and looking for a new challenge. The Assistant Property Manager must have a background in administration and ideally in property.
 
Ideally you will have obtained the first part of the IRPM qualification and be willing to work towards a full membership if you haven’t already achieved it. You must be IT literate - able to use Microsoft software and ideally Qube. We’re looking for someone that’s a team player, self-motivated, career driven and highly organised.
 
You must have excellent administration skills and a good understanding of Block Management. You must have the ability to build and maintain strong client and leaseholder relationships as this ultimately affects your success in the role. Your role will be highly rewarding and provide you with many opportunities to grow personally and professionally. We’ll invest in you and reward you for your hard work, all we’re asking for in return is your commitment. You’ll have the opportunity to attend training events, undergo further training in-house and sit exams such as the IRPM.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
  • Experience in the Leasehold Property Sector, ideally in a similar role  
  • Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office software
  • Strong time management, communication and organisational skills
  • A professional, motivated and flexible approach to work
  • Able to support your team

Desirable Requirements:
 
  • Property Legislation and Health & Safety knowledge
  • Experience in Qube – PPMS or equivalent property management systems
 
Salary Range & Benefits:
 
This position offers a salary of £20,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience) as well as career development within an expanding company. You can also make the most of a fun work culture with team building days and the chance to attend top industry events with your colleagues.
