Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing sales/completion paperwork
  • Production of letters
  • Stationery ordering
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and purchase orders
  • Compiling reports
  • Managing diaries for team members
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging Annual General Meetings
  • Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries  
Minimum Requirements
  • Administration experience
  • Property/Block management experience 
  • Excellent customer service 
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £19,000 - £24,00 depending on experience.
