Block Manager - Central London

Job Title: Block Manager
Location: London
Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 per annum
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days on-site, occasional office visits)

We are seeking an experienced Block Manager to join our dynamic team, overseeing new-build schemes across five developments in London. With a diverse portfolio ranging up to 1,500 units, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects in some of the capital's most vibrant areas.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of new-build residential schemes, ensuring all blocks are well-maintained and running smoothly.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and meet with residents.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and onsite teams to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and building regulations.
• Oversee the budget, ensuring that service charge collection and expenditure are managed effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Block Manager, ideally within new-build developments.
• Strong knowledge of property management, health & safety regulations, and building legislation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple developments and coordinate with various stakeholders.
