We are currently searching for experienced and talented Block Managers in the West Yorkshire area to join a small but specialist Managing Agent in the Block Management Industry. The new Block Manager will be experienced in managing the full spectrum of the Property Management role, this includes managing the smooth operation of your own portfolio, creation and management of Service charge budgets, Section 20 consultation, Major works, Site inspections, AGM’s, H&S compliance and more. However, you won’t be alone as you will benefit from the support of Senior staff, support teams and accountants.
To be successful in this role you will have to be people focused, a strong team player, have a high attention to detail, be financially astute and focused on developing as a Property Manager. You will have to be dedicated to providing only the highest standards of service to Clients and Leaseholders, striving to build strong relationships and a good rapport will be key to your success.
Minimum Requirements
  • Block Management Experience
  • Skilled with Section 20’s & Service Charge Budgets
  • Team Player & People Focused

Salary Range & Benefits
In return for your hard work and commitment to the role, you will be rewarded with a salary ranging from £28K - £32K, depending on experience, with the addition of a company car or car allowance, as well as Health care and Pension scheme.  You will also receive support through IRPM qualifications to enhance your knowledge and skillset.
