Roll up, roll up! High end, large scale property developer seeks Block Manager / Property Manager to join their Central London team of Leasehold Professionals! If you’re currently working with a managing agent or client side and are ready for your career to take that next step then look no further, one of the best names in property development are hiring and you could be their perfect match! With new developments completing all over London and the UK, it’s no doubt that the biggest names need some new superstars such as a Block Manager to look after leasehold estates.

This role will be office based, reporting into a Portfolio Manager who conducts site visits, inspections and AGMs and it’s main focus will be leaseholder communications, adhering to legislation and processing all necessary admin. You’ll be working on service charge budgets, snagging new build developments, contractor works, delivering KPIs across the portfolio, excellent levels of customer service and will also gain exposure to the ever-expanding Private Rental Sector (Build to Rent).

Minimum Requirements

2 years’ experience in Residential Block Management
Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
Previous experience working with Property Management data bases

Desirable Requirements

Industry qualifications such as IRPM, RICS or IOSH
Previous experience managing a similar residential portfolio
Experience working client side/with the developer

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is offering between £24K and £32K in salary, dependant on experience, plus excellent company benefits and the chance to work with a nationwide, high end property developer.
