A family run Managing Agent in Derbyshire are on the lookout for their next leasehold professional to join their friendly supportive team in managing a well-established portfolio. With a total of 150 resi blocks, commercial property and services for developers managed by a wider team of 30 (including finance, customer service, admin, legal and senior management), this company are well established yes not so large that you’d feel lost or just a number.
As their ideal new
, you’ll be well versed and confident in all aspects of the role from service charge budgets and section 20 major works to AGMs, leasehold/client/contractor relations and H&S/fire risk assessments. You’ll by driven and a lively presence in the work place, able to work closely with the Managing Director who over time would look to involve you at a more senior level with the right track record of management and results.
Their portfolio covers the Midlands plus a handful of sites in Wales and the North, but you’d be given a practical geographical spread to focus on. The company are about to move offices, just down the road but to a larger building as they’ve been steadily and organically growing since they were established over a decade ago. They’d now love to find a new team member who can develop with them and work towards the companies continued growth for many years to come!
2 years’ experience is residential block management
Excellent customer service, communication and IT skills
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a salary of between £25K - £30K depending on experience and qualifications plus mileage, standard holiday/pensions and support through further training.
