One of the largest, most experienced Block Management companies in the UK are on the up and as a result, are always on the lookout for the most talented people to join their team and help deliver an outstanding service to all Clients and Leaseholders! They ensure their team are provided with excellent support/training in all aspects of Leasehold Management, sound good to you?
 
This firm are now searching for a Home Based Block Manager to join them on a permanent basis, managing a portfolio across the Southampton area. If working from home with autonomy, flexibility and the support of an extensive internal team would be an ideal working set up for you then this could be the perfect next move in your Block Management career! This firm also support their team through qualifications with the IRPM and internal career progression.
 
As their ideal new Property Manager, you’ll oversee a Residential Leasehold Portfolio with confidence due to your previous experience. You’ll be well versed in preparing and managing Service Charge Budgets, processing Section 20 major works, arranging and hosting AGMs, overseeing all day to day works and services, ensuring H&S compliance and handling all Leaseholder and Client communications. You’ll also regularly visit the developments under your management to ensure high standards and to put a face to the name of their trusted Block Manager!
 
Minimum Requirements
  • 2 years’ experience in Residential Block Management (inc. Service Charge & Section 20s)
  • Excellent commination, IT and customer service skills
  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
  • Industry qualifications such as IRPM are desirable but not essential

Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is offering a salary of between £25K - £30K depending on experience plus a £4K annual car allowance and autonomy/flexibly of working from home.
