Are you looking for progression? Are you looking for the chance to study through your IRPM & RICS Qualifications? Are you looking to avoid those late-night AGM’s and manage a Portfolio of properties that will allow you to provide a real quality service to your Clients and Leaseholders?

Our client is searching for a new Property Manager to join the Block Management Team as part of this International Network of Property Professionals. You will be joining a large Multi-Disciplined Property Specialist, who enjoy an international presence and have a wealth of experienced individuals leading from the front.

They now require an experienced Block Manager to join their small Block Management division based in their Marble Arch Offices, to ensure the smooth day to day operations of their Leasehold Property Portfolio. To be successful in this role you must be experienced in managing your own portfolio, proficient in creating and managing service charge budgets, Section 20 consultation, Project Management, coordinating repairs, conducting Site Visits, H&S, AGM’s and managing Site staff.

In this role it is essential to be a good team player as you will work as part of a tight-knit division, working closely with other company departments in their open-plan offices. This is a fast-paced role, so you must be organised, hardworking, a strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of around 260 units, which will allow you the opportunity to provide a quality service!
