A firm of Chartered Surveyors based in SW London are currently searching for a driven and passionate Property Manager with a good track record of success working in Leasehold Block Management. You will have experience managing your own property portfolio, preferably with experience working in London, but most importantly you must have a customer focused approach to management.

This is a fantastic chance to join a respected and long standing firm of chartered surveyors, helping to manage their portfolio of high end central London blocks. As their new Block Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth management of their growing property portfolio. However, you must be committed, willing to work hard and able to hit the ground running!

Our client has built up their business based on providing only the best customer service and building long lasting relationships with clients and residents. Block management experience is essential for this role, alongside a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for visiting sites, being the first point of contact for clients and residents, dealing with insurance claims, maintenance works, section 20 consultations, managing & setting service charge budgets, attending AGM’s and ensuring H&S compliance. Full support & assistance will be given where required.

Minimum Requirements

Well Spoken & Well Presented
Strong Communication Skills
Experience in Block Management
Good IT & Great Telephone Manner
Experience Managing Own Portfolio
Enthusiastic & Willing to Work Hard
Willing to go the Extra Mile

Salary Range & Benefits

The salary on offer is dependent on your experience, there is the opportunity to earn between £35,000 - £40,000 PA. There is also a Flexible/Part-time position available. Get in touch to find out more.
