One of Central Londons leading Managing Agents are currently seeking a new Block Manager / Property Manager to join their experienced, focused and self-confessed hilarious team to oversee a residential portfolio and join their day-to-day office fun.

They also offer residential sales, letting and commercial property services but their Block Management team is considered their pride and joy, maintaining relationships with clients, leaseholders, contracts and industry partners at all times.
As this teams new Block Manager / Property Manager, you’ll be managing a portfolio of 8-10 developments, covering a range of stock from old to new. You’ll be responsible for setting and managing service charge budgets, conducting regular site visits to adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain excellent presentation, organising and hosting AGMs, maintaining excellent communication with leaseholders, overseeing site-based staff, regularly reporting to clients and senior management and planning and overseeing sections 20 major works as well was day to day maintenance jobs with contractors.

At least 3 years’ experience in Residential Block Management
A working knowledge of section 20s, service charge budgets and AGMs
Excellent communication, IT and administration skills

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a competitive salary of between £28K - £32K but may be negotiable depending on experience. This will also range based on industry qualifications and regular reviews will be conducted. You’ll also benefit from a fun, productive environment, career progression and standard holiday/pension/expenses.
