We’re currently hiring a Block Manager to work with an established Block Management company in North London. If you’re looking to work within a growing team with a steady stream of new developments coming in to manage, then this could be a great move for you.
The company has big plans for expansion over the next few years and are looking for someone with ambition and drive. You will become a key member of the team, with great potential to progress with the company as they continue to grow.
This firms ideal new Block Manager will have at least 2-3 years hands on management experience and will be confident with service charge budgets, section 20 major works, hosting AGMs, reporting to RMC Directors and Freeholders, compliance and fire safety duties.
You’ll conduct regular site visits and work with the Support Teams/Senior Management to achieve the best possible levels of service. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a good team to settle with for a long term career.
Minimum Requirements
-
At least 3 years’ experience managing residential leasehold/block portfolios
-
Previous experience setting service charge budgets and managing section 20 major works

IRPM qualifications are highly desirable but not essential

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering around £35K depending on experience plus benefits.
