We are an established multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors with offices across London, we look after all things property, and we are enjoying an exciting period of Growth & development. As a result, we are looking for a new Block Management Professional to join our team of experts.
We are looking for a Property Manager who has enjoyed covering all aspects of Block Management, you will be personable, professional and driven, with excellent people skills. Someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people and winning new business, someone who can promote the company at all opportunities and be a leading Advocate for our Block Management team.
The ideal candidate will be looking for the chance to deal with all facets of the Block Management role and experienced in conducting AGM’s, site inspections, co-ordinating maintenance, managing service charge budgets, arrears management, dealing with year-end accounts and have a good understanding of Section 20 notices.
Our new Property Manager will be experienced in managing their own portfolio and have excellent industry knowledge. Preferably AIRPM qualified or looking to qualify, full support will be offered. The portfolio is diverse and ranges from period conversions to purpose built Blocks. It is principally based in SE London extending further afield into Kent, Surrey & Sussex.

Salary & Benefits
