Block Manager - South East London

Our client has expanded organically over the years due to their excellent service and as the demand for this grows they require an experienced Property Manager to assist in managing their developments.  All of the developments have come from recommendations & word of mouth, so our new Block Manager must be willing to offer only the best service! We need someone who has the ability & desire to build long-lasting relationships with Leaseholders, clients and contractors & constantly uphold the high levels of service. However, they have big ambitions for the Block Management division and goals for expanding their portfolio.

As the new Block Manager, you will be managing a portfolio around SE London and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for jointly managing initially around 650 units which will increase as the portfolio expands. The portfolio is diverse and includes, new build, purpose built, mixed-use, & Listed buildings.

Our ideal candidate will be experienced in the Block Management industry, proficient in managing a portfolio as your role will include carrying out site inspections, preparing and managing service charge budgets, overseeing and managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s. We need someone who is confident, hardworking and looking to become an integral and valued part of the team.  To fit in with our office you’ll need to be hardworking, friendly, approachable and willing to get involved in the office banter!

Minimum Requirements

  • Experienced in Block management
  • Experience in Managing your own Portfolio
  • Able to Work on own initiative 
  • Customer Service Orientated
  • Possess Driving Licence and Vehicle

Desirable Requirements

  • AIRPM Qualified

Salary Range & Benefits
