Our prime focus is our customers and providing them with a service that they love and we can be proud of. Creating a happy working relationship with our clients is key, so our new Block Manager must be honest, trustworthy, process driven and an excellent people person with strong communication skills.
This Brand is set up to make sure that their talented Block Managers are out there providing a hands-on service to their clients. As a result, there is a strong support team in place to take care of the day to day administration matters, dealing with leaseholder queries and other tasks which frees you up to enjoy managing the important tasks, such as day to day maintenance, section 20 works, creating service charge budgets, conducting site visits and so on.
You will have good experience working in the Leasehold and Block Management industry and looking for the chance to further develop your knowledge and skillset. Further training and support will be given to help you achieve AIRPM / MIRPM status.
The ideal candidate will be positive, hardworking, knowledgeable and customer focused. They will be an effective team player, take pride in their work and enjoy providing an excellent service to their clients. Strong organisation & communication skills are also pivotal to the success in this role.
Minimum Requirements
- At least one year’s Block Management Experience
- Experienced with Section 20’s & Creating Service Charge Budgets
- Full UK Drivers Licence and Own Vehicle
- Excellent Communication Skills

Salary Range & Benefits
The Salary on offer is c.£27,000 - £30,000 PA, dependant on your experience in the industry. More experienced candidates may be considered at a higher salary. Please call Mike to discuss the role in more detail and to see what other positions may be the perfect match for you.
