A young Managing Agent who truly base their process on Leasehold satisfaction and engagement are currently searching for a new Block Manager to join their fast passed, expanding team. If you’re seeking a new opportunity where the customer is at the heart of it all then this could be perfect! Their new Property Manager will build up a portfolio from their existing clients and will continue to build this to around 500 units with new developments that are in the pipeline.

As their ideal Block Manager, you’ll be able to come in and hit the ground running. Service charge budgets, major and minor maintenance works, section 20s, building insurance, health and safety compliance, Landlord and Tenant legislation and building strong relationships with Leaseholders and Contractors will make up your day to day duties as well as regular site visits and AGMs. As their new Block Manager / Property Manager, you’ll be confident in the above duties with the passion and work ethic to progress! You’ll be professional and organised but also able to enjoy a laugh in the office!

Minimum Requirements:

2 – 5 years’ Block Management experience
Industry relevant qualifications such the IRPM, RICS or IOSH
Excellent customer service, communication and IT skills
A full UK driving licence and you own vehicle

Salary Range & Benefits:

This position is offering a competitive salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum depending on experience plus support though industry relevant qualifications such as the IRPM/IOSH/RICS and standard benefits/pension/expenses/holiday.
