We are proud to be one of the leading Block Management companies in the North West, and due to our continued success, we are expanding and we now require a new Property Manager to join our ranks.
We need someone who has experience in Block Management and is looking for the opportunity to work for an established team of dedicated Property Managers. If you’re looking for career stability, a positive workplace and an excellent team then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Managing your own residential portfolio, you’ll be well versed in working with all kinds of properties from New Builds to Listed Buildings. You’ll need to be fully conversant in creating & managing Service Charge Budgets, serving Section 20 notices, dealing with Insurance matters and managing Major Works projects. You’ll also have the ability and desire to build strong relationships with Leaseholders, Clients and Contractors as this will make up your day to day duties in addition to regular site visits and AGMs.
We look after some exciting, prestigious and large-scale developments in Manchester, a real range of properties including Conversions, New builds and Listed Buildings. Having experience of managing similar properties will be a real bonus, as will having managed site-based stuff such as Concierge, cleaning teams, maintenance, building managers etc.
You’ll be passionate for the Block Management sector as well as for promoting your new brand through excellent levels of customer service. As the new Property Manager, you will be driven, dedicated, outgoing and a good team player who prides themselves on attention to detail. You will be experienced in Block management and preferably have an industry qualification such as IRPM or RICS (or be working towards it).
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 years’ experience in Residential Block Management
  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
  • Experience managing large scale developments
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience with Qube or Propman Software
  • IRPM or RICS qualified

Salary Range & Benefits
For this position, you will be considered at a salary of between £25,000 – £30,000 PA depending on your experience. In addition to this you will enjoy 25 days of holiday per year, plus bank holidays and be entitled to other company benefits such as a Health & Wellbeing program, cashback incentives, performance reviews and in house awards.
