Block Manager - Office Based - East Sussex

We’re working on behalf of a Property and Estate Management Company in Brighton that are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team. They have a lovely office based in the seaside city of Brighton. Your role as one of their Property Managers will be to effectively manage and provide a full Property Management service to an assigned portfolio in the South East. This will therefore include carrying out site inspections, preparing and managing service charge budgets, overseeing and managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s.

The ideal person for this role would be someone with passion, energy and a commitment to the job. If you’re someone that is customer focused and build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders and clients alike then you could be the one. Someone that is approachable, confident and experienced would be best suited to this position.

Minimum Requirements

Block Management experience.
Experience managing a portfolio.
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).
Experience in chairing AGM and carrying out site inspections.

Desirable Requirements

Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of £25K - £35K for the right person.
