An independent Block Management specialist located in Cambridgeshire are now searching for a new Block Manager to join the team in managing a portfolio of Leasehold blocks across the East Anglia area.
You will be working as part of a small, tight-knit and supportive team of experts, so a strong team working ethic is a must if you are to be successful in this role. The company itself take pride in providing a quality service to their clients and residents, so you must share the same values and have a methodical and customer focused approach to your work. Don’t worry – your team members will be there to help – with a dedicated support function around you, you will have assistance from their other departments such as the legal, accounts and maintenance teams.
You will have a good background of working in Leasehold Property Management, particularly with experience of managing your own portfolio of properties. Each day you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance and smooth management of your own properties, this will include monitoring standards through frequent site visits, ensuring excellent communication lines are always kept open, managing both minor and major maintenance works, creating and managing service charge budgets, managing section 20 consultation and conducting AGM’s.

Minimum Requirements
- Block Management Experience
- Knowledge of S20 & Service Charge
- Strong Team Working & Interpersonal Skills
- Good Written & Oral Communication
- Driving Licence & Own Vehicle
