We are a Multi-Disciplined Property Specialist and we Manage both Commercial and Residential properties. We have been growing both organically and through acquisition and we now require a new Block Manager to manage a varied portfolio of Residential Leasehold Properties.
If you enjoy working in the Block Management Industry and are looking for an opportunity to be out on site more, whilst also receiving support and assistance with admin-based tasks, so that you can focus more on providing a proactive and customer service based approach to Property Management, then this could be the role for you.
You will be joining an established and experienced company with an expert team of Property Managers. You will be a good team player and always willing to lend a helping hand to your colleagues, just as you will receive support from Junior and Admin Staff who will assist you in managing your portfolio. This will consist of c20 varied developments which will cover a tailored area across Berkshire, London & Buckinghamshire depending on your location.
Building relationships and providing an excellent service is what helps to continue the company’s growth, therefore you must place a similarly high value on the service that you provide to both Clients and Residents. Alongside the management of your portfolio there will also be the opportunity for you to win New Business, with a commission structure in place to reward your hard work in this regard.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience Managing your own Leasehold Portfolio
- Knowledge of Section 20’s & Service Charge Budgets
- Customer Focused Approach to Management
- Team Player with Relationship Building Skills
- Full UK Licence and Vehicle

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is between £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on your industry experience and qualifications. On site Car parking will be included, 25 days holiday, as well as potential to earn commission on new business.
