They describe themselves as specialists in residential property who’re also supported by internal teams of Maintenance, Accountants, Solicitors, Surveyors and general office support. They cover portfolios from the Midlands to the South Coast and Wales and aim to cover all bases for their Clients and Leaseholders through internal expertise rather than passing the people who matter around between external companies, ensuring time efficient and high-quality services at all times.
As the teams new Block Manager, you’ll be providing a full management service to a mix of Freeholder/Developer clients as well as Residential Management Companies (RMCs). You’ll work closely with in house Service Charge Accountants, Solicitors and Surveyors on Service Charge Budgets, Section 20 Major Works and Interpreting Leases and will also benefit from the supportive office atmosphere of c.15 Property Managers and well as vast internal support networks. You’ll conduct regular site visits focusing on H&S compliance, chair AGMs with leaseholders, maintain excellent client communications and will endeavour to keep all properties to the highest possible standards.
The Property Manager who’ll stand out from the crowd will be passionate and experienced, also clearly confident in the day to day duties of leasehold management as well as the challenges and projects it can present. A “get stuck in” approach is key to this kind of role, working as a team to support each other and towards maintaining and expending the reputation of the wider brand. This company are looking for someone who really cares for the people they work with, from residents and team members to clients and contractors. These are peoples homes and investments after all so a personable approach and an understanding nature always go down well!
At least 3 years’ experience in residential block management
Excellent communication, IT and customer service skills
Experience managing a mix of RMC, Developer and Freeholder blocks

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a competitive salary of £35K per annum depending on experience plus standard holiday, private health care and a 2% pension. The company also have pool cars for their Property Managers to use on site visits and will support you through IRPM qualifications.
