The ideal candidate will have at least one years’ experience in the Block Management industry and be experienced in managing your own portfolio. For this role you will need to be proficient in the day to day management of the portfolio, including dealing with leaseholder enquiries, minor & major maintenance works, preventative maintenance, overseeing section 20 notices, creating and managing service charge budgets, conducting AGM’s and so on.
You will need to be extremely customer focused, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times. Their portfolio continues to grow due to the excellent service that they ensure is provided. Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
On offer is a salary between £22,000 - £26,000 PA dependent on your industry experience. There is a terrific opportunity to grow and progress your career with a company who truly value their staff. They train all employees through IRPM qualifications and also offer you the time to study and learn with other team members.
Our Client offers Monday – Friday working from 9.00am to 5.00pm with a paid hour lunch break, in addition to a Time in lieu policy, for any hours worked outside of core hours to attend AGM’s and Directors meetings.
