Do you have a strong background in Block Management and the skills needed to look after your own portfolio whilst working from home? If you’re seeking autonomy and flexibility in your next Block Management role, then this could be the perfect move for you! A well-established managing agent are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee their Surrey/SW London portfolio. 
With offices in the North West, London and on the South Coast, you’ll be working with a reputable name whose clients trust in their services. They’re a strong, focused team and are looking to support their new home-based Block Manager / Property Manager through regular team meetings and catch ups with Directors and Senior Management.
As the new Block Manager / Property Manager, you’ll be taking care of local developments, predominantly in Greater and North London. You’ll be working on a wide range of stock from older buildings to newer developments and will be versed in all aspects of Block Management from section 20 works, AGMs and health & Safety to service charge budgets and site inspections.
Minimum Requirements
  • Around 3 years’ experience in Block Management
  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
  • The focus and organisation needed to manage your own work from home

Desirable Requirements
  • Industry qualifications such as IRPM, RICS or IOSH
  • Experience managing a portfolio in similar locations
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a competitive salary of around £35k depending on experience plus standard benefits and expenses. This company are also looking for someone to develop in this role, getting involved in new business wherever possible and growing with the brand.
