A close-knit team of leasehold management professionals based in the heart of Kent, managing blocks of apartments/freehold developments, are currently on the lookout for their newest Block Manager and family member. They’re a positive group who work together to provide outstanding service in keeping with their ARMA membership and enjoy a fun yet focused workplace.

As their perfect Property Manager, your day to day duties managing your own residential portfolio will be made up of setting/managing service charge budgets, all aspects of health & safety, regularly reporting to Freeholders/RMCs/Resident Directors and maintaining excellent leaseholder and client communications. You’ll also oversee contractor management, minor and major works, section 20 notices, project management and AGMs, all areas you’ll be confident and capable in. You’ll be a people person, enjoying communication on all levels and helping the rest of the team where needed.

Minimum Requirements

Around 2 years’ experience managing a residential leasehold portfolio
Good working knowledge of service charge budgets, section 20s and AGMs
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

Experience managing a range of stock from New Builds to Listed Buildings

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is offering a competitive salary depending on experience plus a bonus scheme and standard holiday/pension/expenses.
