An expanding Family run Managing Agent based in Isleworth are now searching for a new and experienced Block Management professional to join their expanding team in managing a diverse portfolio of Residential Blocks.

Hosting staff fitness classes in the office twice a week, table tennis tournaments, staff outings as well as offering professional development and industry training - this company do all they can to make sure that their team feel valued.
Our client is now searching for an experienced Block Manager to join the team and manage a mixed portfolio of Blocks across London. The portfolio includes anything from conversions, new builds and mansion blocks, you will also be responsible for managing some more complex and challenging developments including managing buildings with on-site staff. Within this role you will receive full support from the wider team, everyone works very closely together, offering assistance and guidance wherever they can - but you will also receive support from a dedicated Admin Assistant and Senior Management when required.

- 3-4 years’ experience in Block Management
- Experience with Service Charge Budgets & Section 20
- Excellent Interpersonal & Team working skills
- Personal & Customer focused approach to Management
- Full UK Driving Licence & Vehicle

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is dependent on your experience & industry qualifications and ranges from £35,000 - £45,000 PA. You will also receive further training & Development through RICS & IRPM as well as expenses for travel.
