We are now on the lookout for an enthusiastic Property Manager to head up our Block Management department. You will become an essential part of the team, overseeing the blocks under our management. All of the blocks are within 30 minutes of the office, so you’ll never have to drive for long to get to sites. Plus, you’ll be provided generous mileage cover when conducting visits.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the division to new heights and really grow the division. The sky is the limit – who knows where you could take the department in a few years’ time!
Your new role will include the day to day management of a Junior Property Manager, alongside carrying out site inspections, preparing service charge budgets, managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s.
As our perfect property manager, you will be enthusiastic, ambitious and hardworking. You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside great attention to detail. We’re looking for someone to be a key member of our team – someone who won’t be afraid to help out with other aspects of the business when required and who will thrive with us long term. We will of course be there to guide and support you every step on your way to success!
Minimum Requirements

2 Years’ Block Management experience
-
To be enthusiastic, hardworking and not afraid of a challenge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A full UK driving licence and vehicle

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying between £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, plus a number of benefits such as an annual bonus scheme and progression through industry qualifications
