Our client is a Multi-Disciplined Property Specialist - from Estate Agency, to Block Management, to auctions and commercial management; our client is committed to providing the best property services across the south coast. You’ll be provided with all the tools and support needed to seamlessly transition into your new position as a Block Manager.
We are now on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to join this dedicated team in their Bognor Regis office. You will be responsible for the management of a diverse residential and mixed-use portfolio across the south coast whilst working closely with the Block Management team, offering support and assistance to the Senior & Assistant Property Managers. Your role will include carrying out site inspections, preparing service charge budgets, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors, attending AGMs and handling maintenance for the entire portfolio.
Our ideal candidate will be adaptable, have good experience in the management of residential and mixed-use blocks and possess excellent communication skills. You will also have a good understanding of relevant legislation and be a good team player.

Salary Range & Benefits
In return for your hard work and commitment, you will be rewarded with a salary between £25,000 - £30,000 PA depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to this you will be provided with support through further qualifications, Mileage allowance (45p per mile), as well as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
