Our client is a small but growing team of Property Professionals who specialise in Block Management, Lettings & AST Property Management who are based in the centre of Plymouth. They are now looking for a new Block Manager / Estate Manager to join their team and assist in managing their portfolio of Leasehold & Freehold Properties in the surrounding areas.
If you are a team player, hardworking, passionate about property with a drive to learn and develop your knowledge then this could be just what you are looking for. Our client seeks to ensure their staff are happy and always developing their knowledge and skillset, as a result they offer further training through IRPM qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have experience with and a good understanding of the Block Management industry, experience in Section 20 consultation, major works projects, managing service charge budgets and conducting AGM’s.

The salary range on offer is between £21,000 - £25,000 PA dependent on your experience and industry qualifications.
