We’re currently searching for a new Assistant/ Block Manager to join a well-established & Block Management firm in their newest Block management team based in Leeds. This company cover the North West, West Midlands and across Yorkshire and are seen as Block Management experts with years of experience and excellent systems and processes behind them. Our client has enjoyed an exciting period of growth and expansion and their portfolio is already set to get larger in the new year!
Their ideal Block Manager / Property Manager will be able to come in and hit the ground running, looking after their own residential portfolio of properties across Yorkshire. This includes managing Service Charge Budgets, Section 20s, Insurance, Maintenance Works and building strong relationships with Leaseholders, Clients and Contractors will make up your day to day duties as well as regular site visits and AGMs.
As the new Property Manager, you’ll be confident in the above duties with the passion and work ethic to progress! Our client knows how important their team is to their success in the industry and as a result always try to provide only the best training. They are looking for someone who is eager to learn and progress in the industry and will happily support you to become AIRPM/MIRPM Qualified.
You will have the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio made up of around 15 - 20 sites which incorporates Estates as well as Apartment Blocks across Yorkshire.
However, please still get in touch if you are currently working in property Management with a track record of providing a high quality of customer service, with a desire to progress, learn and develop within Block Management.
At least 1 years’ Block Management experience
Experience of Service Charge Management with RMC’s
Excellent customer service, communication and IT skills
IRPM Qualified, or desiring to do so
A full UK driving licence

Salary Range & Benefits:
The salary offered for this role is between £20,000 - £30,000 PA depending on your experience. In addition, you will receive support through further industry training, Mileage allowance, benefits and a positive, happy workplace!
