Block Manager/Property Manager - Hertfordshire

A reputable, long standing managing agent are currently seeking a new Block Manager/Property Manager to join their team who combines solid industry experience with a passion for outstanding levels of service and a positive team work mindset. As their confident new Property Manager/Block Manager, your day to day duties managing your own residential portfolio will be made up of setting/managing service charge budgets, all aspects of health & safety, regularly reporting to developers, RMCs and Resident Directors, maintaining excellent leaseholder and client communications, contractor management, minor and major works, section 20 notices, project management and AGMs to relevant leasehold legislation.
Minimum Requirements
  • Around 2 years’ experience managing a residential leasehold portfolio
  • Excellent working knowledge of service charge budgets, section 20s and AGMs
  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

Desirable Requirements
  • IRPM qualified, RICS and IOSH/NEBOSH also desirable
  • Experience managing a range of stock from New Builds to Mansion Blocks
  • Previous working knowledge of North London/Hertfordshire developments
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a salary of c.£30K depending on experience plus standard holiday, pension and expenses and support through further training and qualifications.
