A well-established, growing company with an expanding portfolio and a wealth of experience in the property market.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Prepare service charge budgets
  • Respond to Directors queries in connection with budgets
  • Dealing with leaseholders enquiries appertaining in the development
  • Handling telephone calls and correspondence and dealing with queries in an appropriate manner
  • Attend meetings and issue minutes to Directors
  • Carrying out Section 20 work
  • Ensure the property operates as smoothly as possible
  • Arrange meetings and undertake regular site inspections/meetings/surveys for all properties managed
  • Ensure all properties in the portfolio are insured including dealing with renewals and any insurance claims
On offer is a salary between £20,000 - £27,000 pa dependent on your experience.  There is opportunity to grow and progress your career with a company who value their staff. We train all employees through IRPM qualifications and time to study and learn with other team members.
We would however ask for at least 3 years' experience in block management.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good literacy and numerical skills and the ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
Working hours are:  Monday – Friday working from 8:30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break, in addition to a time in lieu policy, for any hours worked outside of core hours to attend AGM’s and Directors meetings.
Requirement for weekend mobile phone on-call emergency cover (rota basis) as required.
