We are now looking for a new On-Site Property Manager / Building Supervisor to join our team in Bournemouth on a Part time basis. We require a dynamic and customer focused individual, with good experience in Lettings and Property management to assist in the management of a large Student Apartment Block in Bournemouth.
You will be experienced in property management but looking for your next exciting challenge. This position gives you an opportunity to experience property management in a customer facing role.
You will be responsible for the ongoing management of the 120 Units in the apartment building, including building and property inspections, reporting maintenance issues, meeting with contractors, answering enquiries, as well as scheduling and carrying out viewings. Also, you will be dealing with appropriate health and safety matters within the building, such as testing appropriate emergency equipment. As the Property manager, you will be responsible for the end of tenancy process, including end of tenancy inspections and deposit refunds.
Of course, any necessary training will be provided.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in a Property manager position
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of lettings procedures
- Excellent written & spoken communication
- Good computer skills
Salary & Working hours:
The salary offered for this position is £18,000 on a Pro Rata basis working 20 Hours per week.
