Do you have Business Development experience? Do you have existing relationships with Regional Clients?
Your role will be to work within our New Business Team and actively work towards bringing in new business for the company and working with our Property Managers to help retain it. We have systems and processes in place which work very well, allowing a smooth integrations process, in fact we have a dedicated handovers team to give us the very best chances of successfully managing and retaining the Clients you’ve worked so hard to bring in. However, with that said, we always look to improve this with regards to efficiency and to generally streamline the integration process. Your ideas will be heard!
The ideal New Business Manager would be someone dynamic, personable and motivated. You must have excellent communication and people skills as well as the skill set and confidence to pitch to potential new clients. The ideal New Business Manager would be someone that is able to work using their own initiative and as an individual successfully but also be able to work as part of a strong team. The ideal New Business Manager will be someone that has experience in a New Business Manager / Business Development Manager role within the Block Management industry and a track record of success.
- Residential Block Management experience
- Experience winning new business
- Experience working with Developers, Freeholders and RMCs
- Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH
