Business Development Manager - Central London

£50,000 - £80,000 DOE - Block Management

The Role:
 
  • Working as part of the new business team to grow the company’s revenue from new business
  • Develop new and existing client relationships
  • Leading pitches alongside colleagues
  • Steering new business through and into our care with the integration team
  • You will build on relationships internally as well as client side
  • You will be reporting to our New Business Director and will be supported by a strong back up team and resources

What does the ideal candidate have?
 
  • You have a track record of success, with RTM/ RMCs and with Developers
  • You deliver a high level of professional service
  • Proven track record in new business, winning tenders and building relationships
  • An eye on revenue generation and on opportunities
  • IT literate and comfortable using IT to enhance your offerings
  • Strong planning, organisational and especially communication skills
  • IRPM and / or RICS qualified
