Are you an experienced (Senior) Property Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work for a forward thinking and progressive company? Do you have proven experience in generating new business? Then look no further…
Joining as a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small portfolio of properties as well as driving new business opportunities for our Manchester and surrounding region.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities across the region, using your own initiative to generate
leads as well as progress leads provided to you.
To be familiar with leases/TP1s for properties within the portfolio, enforcing the covenants
and ensuring that obligations are met in line with current property law.
Prepare and issue budgets for properties and monitor expenditure.
Agree year-end accounts for properties with the client and deal with enquiries as they arise.
Carry out regular property visits and carry out EGM/AGMs.
Appoint and manage the performance of contractors such as cleaners, grounds maintenance
etc.
Minimum Requirements
Proven ability to generate leads and drive new business.
Plentiful experience and knowledge in the management of a residential portfolio.
Great attention to detail, be organised and able to prioritise.
Ability to organise and run face to face meetings with clients.
Desirable Requirements
Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £40K - £45K + car allowance + bonus.
