Commercial Property Manager - South London

We are now on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our close knit team in South London. You will be working from our busy and dynamic offices, overseeing a portfolio of commercial sites south of the river Thames. This will include retail units, offices, advertising sites and some mixed-use build to rent developments. This is an exciting opportunity to develop with an established company who can provide great structure and benefits in your career.
 
Seeking to reduce void periods and maximise rental income, your new role will include: carrying out rent & lease reviews, site inspections, ensuring compliance with all legal documentation, forecasting budgets, proactive and reactive maintenance, dealing with contractors and attending tenant meetings. Don’t worry - you will also have both accounts and admin support, to help you focus on what really matters – providing the best possible service for your clients.
 
As our perfect team member, you will be enthusiastic, customer focused and hardworking. You’ll also have excellent organisation, alongside great attention to detail.
 
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • 3 Years’ Commercial Management experience
  • A full working knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
  • Experience in preparing budgets, lease & rent reviews,
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A full UK driving licence and vehicle

Desirable Requirements
 
  • Industry qualifications such as IRPM/RICS/a property related degree
 
Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying up to £40K pa, depending on experience, plus benefits such as generous holiday allowance.
